To exercise your rights under the CCPA/CPRA, you may submit a verifiable consumer request by:

- Describe your request with sufficient detail to allow us to properly understand, evaluate, and respond to it.
We cannot respond to your request or provide you with personal information if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request and confirm that the personal information relates to you. Making a verifiable consumer request does not require you to create an account with us.
12.2 Verification Process
We will use the information you provide in your request to verify your identity. The information we request for verification purposes will depend on the sensitivity of the personal information at issue and the risk of harm to you from unauthorized access or deletion.

For requests to know specific pieces of personal information or requests to delete, we will verify your identity to a reasonably high degree of certainty, which may include matching three or more data points you provide with data points we maintain about you, or requiring you to provide a signed declaration under penalty of perjury that you are the consumer whose personal information is the subject of the request.
If we cannot verify your identity from the information already maintained by us, we may request additional information from you, which we will only use to verify your identity and for security or fraud-prevention purposes.

- Directly confirm with us that you provided the authorized agent permission to submit the request.
Alternatively, an authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf if the agent provides proof of power of attorney pursuant to California Probate Code sections 4000 to 4465. We will respond to a verifiable consumer request within forty-five (45) days of receipt. If we require more time (up to an additional 45 days), we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing.
Any disclosures we provide will cover the 12-month period preceding our receipt of your verifiable consumer request. For data portability requests, we will provide your personal information in a format that is readily useable and should allow you to transmit the information to another entity without hindrance (such as a commonly used electronic format).
12.5 No Fee for Requests
We do not charge a fee to process or respond to your verifiable consumer request unless it is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded. If we determine that the request warrants a fee, we will notify you of the fee and provide you with a cost estimate before completing your request.
